This is the most basic way of packaging mainly used for south east asian countries and middle east countries.
In this packing, slabs are lined up on container’s body and depending on the size of slabs rows are decided.
At the end the container is packed and tightened with the help of wooden ‘a frame’ as shown in picture.
This way of packaging involves making wooden crates and placing slabs in them.
This is mainly used in gangsaw slabs and is done for all countries.
In cutter slabs this packing is used for some countries or if asked by the client.
The cost of crate packaging is higher than that of loose packaging.
Box packaging is done for tiles or cut to size special orders to ensure the safety.
Boxes are wood made and the size of box can differ according to the size of tiles.
Tiles are packed with poly-paper and then placed inside the box.
Lastly boxes are fitted in container.
